Information technology was a great experience with Clayton Homes. They have nice houses. The rep I worked with was a overnice person. She would always answer the phone. She was speaking Spanish considering I don't speak a lot of English language.

I went to Clayton and had a very bad feel the first fourth dimension and I swore I would not become back. The little man that was there met me and my friend on the front end porch. That was back when it was common cold a yr ago. He said, "We're taking by appointments only and I got an appointment in v minutes." I said, "Oh, that's okay. "Yeah, only I got an appointment in 5 minutes." I said, "It's fine. It's fine. We'll be gone." So, I left. Told my friend, "A bird in hand. I won't be back." Anyway, I went back and asked Michael, who was the young homo, and he said, "He'south no longer with usa." And I said, "Well, good considering I tin can understand why."
Then I got Candice. She was who I bought my home from. She was very proficient but subsequently the sale, she was not. And instead of pacifying me when I called her, she was, "Don't call me. Call Nikki. She is in charge of that." "Well, I don't know who's in charge of what. Why couldn't you simply pass the message along since I got you on the phone?" My girl bought a Clayton abode years ago and information technology seemed to be a pretty decent habitation. We similar the abode a lot. We purchased it in the Phoenix area, merely our house was two hours due north of Phoenix. We loved the salespeople at Clayton Homes, the project managers and the people who helped out with the warranty issues. We know all of them very well because we had some other Clayton abode here in the Valley that nosotros sold recently. We've had two Clayton homes at the same time, and there seems to be some kind of rivalry between the Chino Valley Clayton Homes office and the Mesa Clayton Homes part.
We purchased our get-go dwelling house from the Mesa Clayton Homes office. Nosotros went to our sales rep and had such a wonderful experience. Nosotros said, "We're buying some land in Chino Valley, and nosotros would love to do another Clayton abode with you." They were very happy and really excited to get onboard with that. They suggested that we go to the Chino Valley Clayton Homes sales office and "Tell them that y'all're working with usa in Mesa. Tell them that you just wanna come across some model homes." We went to the Chino Valley sales function to wait at some models, and we told them, "Everybody from Mesa sent us hither. Nosotros're working with them. They told us to come and run into some models."
The Chino Valley sales part got some of their contractors who merely happened to be in there, and the sales rep, and they were trying to talk usa out of working with Mesa. They wanted u.s.a. to work with them directly, and they were bad mouthing the Mesa guys and saying, "Yous know, you don't wanna do that. And nosotros know the area better, and they don't know what they're doing up here." I don't know if that had annihilation to do with how our business firm looked when we start walked in, but I'one thousand sure that the Mesa guys eventually had to say to the Chino Valley sales office, "Hey, do you have contractors in the area that we tin use to put the house together?" When we moved into the Chino Valley house, in that location was glue all over our countertop. We upgraded the countertops, and they weren't granite only Corian. When nosotros went to put plates and glasses, the shelves just came crashing down. There were also a lot of things that weren't finished with caulking and grout. There were flooring issues and large scrapes in the laminate, and the flooring is scheduled to be replaced.
There were a lot of things that were vastly different from the experience that we had when we purchased our home in Phoenix. Whether information technology was doing the cabinetry or the countertops, information technology seems like that wasn't washed very well. A lot of corners were cutting, and a lot of things were missing, only the Clayton Mesa individuals stepped up to the plate and remedied everything. Notwithstanding, it would have been better if we went to the Chino office and not even told them that nosotros were working with Mesa. If we would have just said, "Oh, we simply wanna await and meet some models," information technology would have been a style more pleasant feel.

We looked at West Homes and the lady upwardly there was really pushy. We had looked at Clayton in Rogersville and we had some price and it was a picayune bit over our budget, simply I had heard really good things well-nigh them. I have recommended Melanie, and that was when my son and daughter-in-law went in and bought the other dwelling house. It was a very enjoyable experience. It's downwards in the Seguin, Clayton Homes. Everything went smoothly. Everybody was nice, and I take been happy with the service I've gotten from them and the home itself. Everything went like a charm. I was very satisfied with it. And I'm happy with the domicile.

The loan officer I dealt with was great. The home buying part was fine. It was the underwriting that did a piss poor task. And subsequently getting into the firm, nosotros've had nix but issues and issues. We had flooring bug. Nosotros've had damaged wallboards. And nosotros've had people come in and out of the house just to repair unproblematic things. Our refrigerator went out. Nosotros had it for a month. Clayton told us they would get us one brand-new. We've had a great experience. The ownership process went smoothly. When the trailer was delivered, we had some mess upward. We had a windstorm and rain. The wind blew the hood, and it came through the vent. Simply Clayton was right on information technology and stock-still it up. They had to supersede a couple of pipes, one was the icemaker on the fridge, just at that place were no major problems with anything. Last Tuesday, nosotros had tornado come through our expanse.
